This semester, I had the opportunity to teach Research Methods to 5 amazing women pursuing PhDs across the college. Our time was filled with learning and laughter! They roasted me for saying “in theory” too much so I made them wear matching t-shirts embroidered with “in theory” to the final today 💖

Cornflake update! In May, Corny seemed ready for a new family. We weren't sure if that perfect family even existed, but the most incredible couple reached out. They had recently lost their special needs cat who had similar issues to Corny, and their other cat needed a buddy. It was a perfect match😻

I taught about justice perceptions at work today so I asked my students to tell me about something unfair that happened to them. One student yelled out, full chested, “I got a DWI!” Gotta love the honesty? 🙃

My foster cat, Cornflake, has Eosinophilic Granuloma Complex which is a skin condition caused by severe allergies. So, I dress him in
tshirts to keep him from scratching and biting his skin. Over time he shreds them because of biting and scratching so he goes through about 3 shirts/month 🐱👚
