@popbitch.bsky.social Bank and Moorgate are nowhere "near the same station", as someone who used to do Bank to Finchley Road, I'd make that hope regularly

@andydawson.bsky.social @delaneyman.bsky.social re Seminole, you’re fine they’re just another tribe, like Sioux or Cherokee. You don’t hear so much about them because they weren’t on the plains fighting settlers, cavalry and don’t appear with cowboys

Watching Mitchell & Webb's "Ambassadors" on US Britbox. As a diplobrat, it's feels more genuine than Netflix's "The Diplomat" (I enjoy that too). It's a pity it was just 3 episodes, because Embassy life is weird. Living in a compound that's French while the 3rd world is on the other side of the wall

At the Chicago (Adler) Planetarium for a Pink Floyd “Dark Side of the Moon” experience. Arrived way too early because the roads were empty. Have to say the food in the cafe is really good not like the low quality high cost I was expecting

I have a friend whom though we have each others emails we communicate through a letter each Xmas. I do look forward to that letter and writing mine. Because of distance we’re always responding to the last letter so I’m commiserating a car accident she had almost two years ago 😀

Starbucks festive bakery section is very disappointing this year.

I usually get the gingerbread loaf but they’re still selling “Pumpkin loaf” I know pumpkin spice is popular for them, but no one is thinking Christmas and pumpkin

Has anyone in a Hallmark Xmas movie ended the film thinking they need to spend more time in their business? It seems that everyone always realizes that they work too much and need to spend more family time
