Playing in select theaters today, on Netflix next Friday, "The Perfect Neighbor" is a devastating documentary about the Florida case of Susan Lorincz, a neighborhood nuisance who shot and killed her neighbor, Ajike "AJ" Shantrell Owens, the mother of four. Highly recommended.
