what would you do? flying by myself, I'm an aisle seat girly. do you choose a seat that leaves a middle seat free and hope that it stays free? do you choose a seat in an empty row, and hope it stays empty? or do you just accept you're gonna be sitting next to someone and just pick a seat?

Years ago I worked in a cafe/restaurant that sold bottles of ale. They weren't meant to be served chilled but we served them chilled and they would fizz up a bit sometimes as a result 🤷🏻♀️
One day I opened a bottle for this dude and it fizzed up and he lost maybe like 1.5cm from the neck. 👇
