As I have started planning and putting together the furniture for this house, it became apparent to me that it will be furnished almost entirely via fuzzy childhood memories of my grandparents' houses, and No Research At All.

I've finished the chandelier, and the ornamental arch into the courtyard.

I'm so obsessed with this miniature, it's not even funny.

Next will be the windows and curtains! And then we can *finially* start properly filling it up with furniture and accessories!

You ever have something you love, and then you purposely hyperfocus on it during a major election, and then after that it makes you feel a little bit physically ill any time you think about it?

I've really been enjoying working on this Moroccan build. I'm new to dollhouse miniatures and there are lots of mistakes to learn from in this piece so far. But I'm excited about the results so far!
This is a roughly 1/24 scale. Ish. I'm extra proud of the lights it's my first attempt at wiring.

turns out the best way to get this cat to not destroy all the toilet paper every night is to leave the Animal Channel on the tv so he spends his time planning how to catch the digital birds instead, if he ever gets a 2nd brain cell we're so screwed
