One thing that people don't realize that would have crushed them even more than the cancellations was dragging them to the Supreme Court. And they were definitely going to lose. There is no way on earth they were going to win this case and it would cost them probably billions more.

My father got full military honors when he died. Including a 21 gun salute. Among many good and honorable reasons for the ceremony he deserved, there was one that did not apply. He was never part of an insurrection attempt against the United States.

Florida wants to eliminate property tax. No surprise because Trump lives there. Honestly, nobody likes property taxes. But without them they'll have to find another way to fund the police and local schools and roads.
