Perfect day for a trail race 🤙🤙

First big run since Ive been sick— I was right where I wanted to be for my time! Really happy with this run. Trails are always a lot harder than I remember but I felt pretty strong even with constant coughing lmao!!

Two weeks into one mile a day minimum for my runs— and I’m actually loving it so much.
It’s been great to break myself out of some of the rigid all-or-nothing thinking with runs. And going out for a quick bit instead of an hour+ slog is great.
By the weekend I’m ready for milage instead of dreading!
