The amazing rivkah and @camikins19.bsky.social organized some more friends and made this amazing video to when I became a mom. Life happened, but this video is 100x more intense for me because it was given on the day my husband & I were celebrating our daughter's birthday.

I've been wanting to get my Game Boy Camera photo gallery up and running for a while, and finally managed it! A fun little web coding project now that con crunches are over. Other than the actual images, the whole site is only four files. Now to build the updater script.

I'm an adult rec league hockey goalie. It's been a rough season - the team only won one game all season (and I wasn't there for it). But tonight, after two absolutely improbable games (2-1 over the #1 seed last week, 7-5 over the #2 tonight), we actually won the championship. Absolutely gobsmacked.

Went to the UML-UNH opening round Hockey East playoff game tonight, and got this great shot of the overtime winning goal. Didn't want to have to drive to Maine for the quarterfinal, but Vermont couldn't upset UMass-Amherst, so what can you do?
UML's Scout Truman (#24 in white, foreground) watches his shot hit the hockey goal netting to score the overtime game-winning goal. UNH's goalie Rico Dimatteo is on his knees in a tight butterfly position and his head is turned to his left shoulder where the puck went by him. UNH #28 Alex Gagne is on one knee, side-on to Truman, about halfway between Truman and DiMatteo and to Truman's right, where he was attempting to block the shot; his head is turned to his right, watching the puck.
