I worked as a civilian subcontractor on various bases in TX and LA. I loved listening to NCOs talking shit about “punk ass bitch officers” who spent their careers avoiding responsibility and writing requests for medals for themselves.
I met a lot of those officers.
They all had Hegseth vibes.

Sometimes when shit’s rough I can watch the opening sequence of Heat, from snipes to Pacino showing up at the ambush site, and I’ll feel more at peace with the world.
No clue what this is a red flag for but feels like it should indicate something.

It’s crazy how many moments in it I can remember every millisecond of, as soon as the opening music starts, all these years later.

I love Shane Black and I love Parker so I’m 100% there for Play Dirty.
But.
Parker is supposed to be gritty and back-alley as fuck, so it hits weird that the trailer looks so slick you could pause it and tap on a character and it’ll open a link to buy what they’re wearing.
