Lupin III: Zenigata and the Two Lupins (2025)
I think because this is the 4th of these things, and production was mixed with the upcoming film, this is the only one that both 1) doesn't feel like an episodic prologue, and 2) is its own standalone film, even with the bits setting up the movie.

This movie had a much stronger emotional core than the last two, and it being a Fujiko Mine thing had a lot to do with that - she has to wrestle with who she is as a thief and the people who are hurt because of that. It cops out a bit by the end, but it tried.

play rock-paper-scissors with 12 NPCs (random)
roll an 8-slot gacha wheel with a 5 charge item, every 5 charges you need to refill, and you need to hit every slot at least once
