Yesterday at Sukhasiddhi Foundation, we commemorated the 20-year anniversary of my completion of 3-year retreat. Though an all-encompassing undertaking, it felt like just the initial steps on a journey, a gateway to a deep connection with the lineage and a continually evolving path. Deep gratitude.

I'm leading a retreat this weekend and am unable to participate in the protest in person, but I'm heartened, inspired, & energized by the passion of the speakers and the roar of the crowd I hear rising up from the valley where the Marin Civic Center is located. #resist #handsoff #protest

The new painting job at the FBI Academy is disheartening. (Source: NYT) May we keep cooperativeness, fairness, leadership, compassion, diversity, integrity, stability, emotional maturity, respect, and more alive and flourishing until we, as a nation, can return to that aim.
