In general, “people” don’t understand how hard it can be for AuDHD, ADHD, autistics right now. We battle chaos everyday, and with the county in chaos, it is overload to the extreme. Are you NT and feeling stressed? I get it, it’s hard…but realize we live at that level daily, and now it’s worse.

In the 1980s I wasn’t autistic or ADHD because only boys are. Now, we have a much better understanding & I have had the privilege (both in ability & blessing) to be able to get a diagnosis. This is how my brain works and was created by God. Even with struggles, I wouldn’t want to be anything else.

try replacing that with "hurts &/or upsets Autistic people"
& see if anything shifts
it's not going to be appropriate or make a difference *every* time but when approaching research it's fascinating how they want to skip the part where the human suffers

Having a booth at an art fair may not seem like much to you, but being AuDHD, this is a major accomplishment for me. The crowds, the unknowns…. I can only do 1-day events. Now a day of rest. Thank you Saint Anthony Park Arts Festival for a great day!

AuDHD plans for today: finish a felted bird/drift wood sculpture for Saint Anthony Arts Festival, clean cat boxes, shower, help with garden water system, try to get rid of headache, be distracted by cats, check that kids ate lunch, and relax before leaving for Frost game at 2pm (with earplugs).
