Yesterday on Superior Ave across from Cleveland Public Library, I met Joseph Tucker of Wickliffe, Jasmine Aiken of Collinwood, and David Moore of Youngstown. Working with Southpointe Traffic Control, they kept a busy site safe & moving, even in the cold & constant flow of buses.
