So, the Verdite Castle was build on top of an underground temple, which itself was build on top of an even older structure??? Man, the more I understand the King's Field 1 lore, the cooler it gets, and I also love that these concepts are explored by Fromsoftware to this day.

The 4 dialogue lines repeated by the test tube fairies from King's Field 2 are actually the same 4 dialogue lines said by the fairy Miria from KF1, only chopped off, like it's being programmed into them. So, you could say this is the closest KF1 has come to an official translation.

The King's Field Ⅱ manual calls Seath a "goddess". Interestingly enough, the statue on Seath's Fountain is described as "The Statue of the Goddess" in Japanese... in English is the "statue of goodness".

The King's Field 2 manual says that Jean Forester had twins after becoming the king of Verdite.... so, did Prince Lyle had a twin?? I don't remember that being mentioned elsewhere, but I wouldn't be surprised if the devs simply forgot about it... or decided to forget about it.

I actually featured Sword of Moonlight in the CRPG Book, since it's a fascinating oddity, includes a full remake of King's Field 1 (the Japanese 1), and has some very atmospheric fan-made modules, like Moratheia.
