130k words and 689 characters later, and we're close to halfway done!
Forgot I have much more than 5 CGs completed, but I updated the percentage to match what it should be.
I still have plenty of story left to tell before the climax happens, but progress is going steadily~

My eyes trace the jagged skyline, cut and bereft of nature, clouds swarming and breaking against salt pillars crafted by humanity's collective hubris, an affirmation, an effectual middle finger to mother nature herself.

If anybody has advice for using screen tone for skin color, I'd appreciate it. I'm experimenting with different ways of handling it so that I can maintain my style, but it's a bitch and a half to get it to look okay from distances.
