I believe that celebrating accomplishments is important. In my group we have traditions that celebrate publications, student milestones, and grants. Today we get to celebrate recognition of our work by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation as I have been named a 2024 Sloan Research Fellow! 🎉🍾
