I have 4 sisters and a brother, so I was lucky enough to be born with a built-in ride or die crew. As a middle child, they were my first and truest friends. Nothing in life could have prepared me for how much my heart would miss them as we've grown up and built our own beautiful, separate lives.

3. Being flexible on the vision and unwavering on the implementation. Tech implementation is fundamental! Saying that's the only way we drive creativity is flawed. Someone said I was all vision no implementation, but this all led to simplification of C# / .NET, so.... Well, actually better

A Fox presenter called for the ๐ชฆ of homeless people & nothing happened. Certain outlets often make awful remarks about children and marginalized people who are victims of violence, but nothing happens. Jimmy K points out the hypocrisy of this reaction, and now free speech is no longer protected.

Providing a platform to black women isn't the same as offering sponsorship or opportunities. Yes, you may put us in front of leadership; we will be praised and receive moderate compensation. We will lead the charge, but never get the rewards. After a while, we will feel used.
