I’ve been growing out my beard which just about qualifies for big now, as I’m barreling towards 50, and I’m thrilled by the day to day, week to week changes in how it looks and feels; and equally quickly I’ve noticed that my belly is barreling out a lot recently.

I’m dealing with a weird affliction post a month’s worth of bronchitis that has me perpetually thirsty but also peeing every hour.
I’m getting it checked out and I’m sure we’ll get it sorted but…. I think I should diaper up tomorrow and roll with it.

Day 1: A faint, almost imperceptible ache in the corner of my mouth. I rub at it, a minor annoyance, and find myself staring at my reflection in the dark screen of my phone. There’s nothing to see, but I can't shake the feeling that something has been adjusted, pulled into a new alignment.

It’s been a slow process, but I’ve arrived at having zero eyebrows and I still have super expressive arches. And I love having no eyebrows.
