Shame on the Westminster Kennel Club. Turning people away who bought tickets! Took money in advance, earned interest on it. So wrong. Making people ask for refunds. Poor management. If an all day event, they mismanaged the flow. Give tickets with specific timeframes. Very, very wrong.
