Why not instead mold the Kigurumi Mask around the VR headset.
It'd be an iron man approach that could give better thermals, and better viewing angles.

I double checked. I was about right on for the 1.2 minimum estimate.
Tho some are 1.4 instead.
And as we know. The sqrt of 2 is 1.414.
So if you had bigger masks. You would only need TWO masks to get to bobblehead size.

Then let's say a bobblehead to head ratio is 2:1. So that the final mask is 2 heads tall.
