Just got in from a day spent on a trolly hopping around different breweries. Putting together a Lego set, listening to Tom Waits, and waiting on Chinese food delivery with the doors and windows open. It’s a good day. Especially since I live in a place that’s allegedly “like Beirut.”

Recently after bedtime, Amanda wanted a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Which I totally delivered but she informed that she found jelly on the fridge door and on the cat. I have no idea how that happened.

Today got derailed so much that when I completed 10 minutes of the 4 hours of work I planned to do, I felt like I accomplished enough to call it a day.

I love in some older movies they suck the poison out of a snake bite or dart wound, and they know when they’re done. Like is there a moment when you no longer taste the poison, you’re certainly ingesting? How do you know that you got it all?

I think getting high + an old kung fu movie might be my new jam. Currently watching 1966’s Come Drink With Me, directed by King Hu. The title doesn’t sound like a Kung Fu film but it is.
