I can’t believe it, DB just delayed my super on time train by 10 minutes and made plenty of passengers miss their connecting trains because… A heavy road transport had to cross a level crossing ahead of me, so I had to wait 10 minutes in Kork for it to pass, unbelievable…

Happy new year from me, too! My first service of this year is bringing me on the Offenburg - Strasbourg line again, having a break, locked the train. Apparently this is the last 3 months now of these too small diesel trains being in service on this route. More in the next reply.

And I’m back to work, after two weeks of vacation. Actually doing an early service today, which I rarely do, since I actually work late only. So I have seen the sun rising at work today instead of setting for a change ^^ One of these trains has no working heating though 🥶

I‘m home, my flight was arriving two hours late, so I was hoping DB would perform well, but nope… In the end I arrived three and a half hours later at home than planned x.x Broken plane that had to be replaced and then a broken signalbox. At least they gave us emergency water 💧

All things slowly come to an end… My last dinner here in the US ^^ Tomorrow I’ll be flying back home to Germany. MFF surely was fun and a nice experience, was my second US Furry Convention so far 👍🏻

Just took a first peek into the yet empty convention center, setup is in progress. Already met and chatted with a couple of Furries though x3 Looking forward to the start of the convention on Thursday and most of my friends arriving tomorrow :)
