Ich kann und will nicht einschlafen, weil ich denke: Es kommt jemand während ich schlafe, in mein Zimmer und will mich töten o.ä. (oder das ich eine Schlafparalyse bekomme). Zudem fühle ich mich beobachtet - durch eine Kamera oder unsichtbares Wesen. Was geschieht mit mir 😭😭😭😭 help omfg
