The last two Trolls from UTSI DLC are less popular, but still - Mr. T and Spectrollge
The first is a wealthy collector of Incidents, while there's no precise information about the second one, only that he follows his own interests like a G-Man

A badass rich fella. In the old version of his lore he was a casino owner who sold his soul, but his role as a collector seems more logical

The idea for this guy was completely random, although there is something similar to Starved Eggman lol
He appears at the end of the game and suggests going through a portal that leads to another universe, but I don't know yet whether there will be a threequel or a standalone game
