It makes me both sad and annoyed that students are taught to avoid #ngons. I don't mind that if you don't know how to teach advanced topics to encourage students to look into it on their own time.
But to teach ngons are wrong? That's irresponsible and destructive for their growth as artists.

The followers in BlueSky is growing very fast😇 I am so surprised. Because I tried to use Instagram before, and i had only 200 followers after running 2 years... It seems that the algorithm in BlueSky is much more fair. 🙌

I think it is because there are fewer AI generated posts or unrelated content pushed by content farm.
On X, I really seldom see any Blender related posts on the timeline....

I am missing the "nodevember event" in the past. People use only shader and vector displacement to create magic like 3D illustration. It was pure art, math and techniques. Learn a lot at that time.☹️
