Went to my high school friend’s son’s 1st birthday party & saw my batch mates w/ their boyfriends/husbands. As a depressed & anxious introvert, I felt nauseous seeing everyone so happy & “established” in life so I went home feeling horrible. And I can’t sleep cuz the mushy feeling won’t go away 🙃
