It has been a year since I started my current job. I have a lot on my mind. Firstly, I know that I am in a better place mentally than I was a year ago. Secondly, I know that I haven't really progressed on my literary projects as much as I wanted, but that doesn't bother me that much.

I moved my lamp next to my bed--it was next to my desk--and it is incredible. Having a good light source next to my bed is so nice. It makes me want to read more physical books before I go to sleep, which I did last night (I am reading The Message by Ta-Nehisi Coates).

Where has Naoki Urasawa been all my life??? I started reading Monster on Wednesday, and it is really good. I have issues with it, but they are a bit minor. It's mainly the length of the series. I don't see how it could be 162 chapters, but I've only read 9, so I could be wrong.

Had the pleasure of running up and down six decks at work with the steepest stairs I've ever seen. My coworkers were doing it a lot longer than I was. I hope their legs aren't brittle tomorrow.

The TPMS in my car got knocked loose or something, and now it says my back right tire is 13 psi when it's clearly not! This sucks!

As I left the bathroom, my dog ran out of my sister's room and tried booking it to the stairs. I told her to stop, so I could pet her, and realized she looked incredibly guilty. I turned around, went into my sister's room and there was trash all over the floor.

I'm going to be so sad and delighted when Batman: Dark Pictures ends. This book is so good. That and Hellhunters are my favorite books coming out right now.
