Yet another set of waist beads fell off. I don’t know what that means in weight loss (the battery in my scale died, lol) but it’s definitely inches gone. Props to my weighted vest!!

I was on my way home & couldn’t figure out why I-495 was so backed up. Knew the game wasn’t over yet. Turned on the app & caught the Commanders vs Detroit score. Explains why the highway was backed up 🤦🏽♀️. Now catching the highlights. Damn were the Washington players in the stands watching? 😂🤣

In Sept, I broke my toe & badly sprang another. The break has healed but the sprang, still hurts. I haven’t wanted anyone near those toes 🤬 that pedicure 😂. So I went old school: foot scrub 2x/ week, pumice stone & Vaseline with white socks every night. My feet are baby’s bottom smooth!!!
