3x5 Barbell Curl(Tried 60lbs and could only do 5 so back to 50 I went for the last two)

4x15 Tricep Pressdown(25lbs)
5x15 Shoulder Press
3x25 Rear Delt(did 2x15 last night at home)

I forgot to add Lateral Raises on Tuesday night at home.

Just randomly tried out 100lbs on Lat Pulldowns and immediately felt it.
