The people of Minnesota are an inspiration. They’re out in the freezing cold protesting ICE brutality and protecting their communities. They're delivering groceries to their vulnerable neighbors and forming human chains around schools during pickups.

We can’t leave them to do this work alone.

Borrowed from Alabama Coalition for Immigrant Justice. What happened to Renee Nicole Good and the 30 or more people who've died in ICE custody can and will happen in your own neighborhood if it hasn't already. Tell Congress to stop funding this secret police force!

Let’s talk about something not many people are chatting about and what’s actually happening right now.

You might wonder why Imran Ahmed and the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) suddenly became targets of the U.S. government. The honest answer is that their research hit where it hurt.

Alabama friends, can you please sign this petition to ask Congress people to extend premium tax credits for the Affordable Care Act? If they don't, it's estimated 130,000 Alabamians will not be able to afford healthcare coverage anymore.

Happy 4th. Not feeling terribly festive given Congress just voted to end around 14 million people's healthcare to give tax cuts to rich folks and funding for human rights violations despite polls showing around 80% folks didn't support it but well I'll take the day off I suppose.
