As a retired geriatric nurse practitioner, I'm seriously concerned about what they will do after he has his next stroke. Prop him up like Weekend at Bernies? Use a double? Clearly he is not capable of keeping up the pace of running the country.

October 23 is the day of the Hungarian uprising in 1956, (shots were fired into crowds of peaceful protestors thus began the fight against soviet rule). Although many places were closed for this holiday, the national gallery and the Buda castle museum were free to the public.

As a kindness, I take flowers to a shut-in couple from my church. We chat about many things. This week they realized I'm a Democrat and said they couldn't talk to me anymore because I'm "the enemy".
"I'm not your enemy" I said. The irony of the situation was completely lost on them.

We were away for 3 weeks enjoying Alaska and Seattle and friends. Returned to a garden full of tomatoes, 1/2 bushel of them! Time to make some sauce

The excited 3 year old ran over to the water feature of the patio outside our library yelling "it's still there, Mom! it's still there! the waterfall!!" If only we could maintain that level of awe and wonder all of our lives..

Someone promised to lower the price of groceries. Today we paid $3.09 for a half gallon of milk, (used to be $2.40 for a half gallon). So using Rumps crazy math, thats probably down a negative 28%, or possibly a negative 1500%.🙄🤔

I am convinced they are simply detaining people to get their monetary bonus, these are not dangerous criminals.
