I love exploring beautiful abandoned places. I enjoy writing, diving into the worlds created by authors, and immersing myself in the process of crafting vivid characters and settings. As for genres, I’m drawn to a variety of fantasy and mystical themes.

I'm curious to know: how many pages do you usually read before you decide if a story is interesting enough to keep going?

It's a fascinating thing when a character of yours has some kind of epiphany, and then suddenly, it hits you on a personal level. For example, my character just realized that the word "unique" can sometimes be a synonym for "lonely."

There's a fundamental difference between how real life works and how a narrative works. Reality is full of meaningless, random events, but a good story is intentional. Every single moment has to be purposeful, or it's just dead weight.

When you're trying to create something and also dealing with anxiety, it's really tough to tell the difference between helpful feedback and just your anxiety freaking out about whether a scene is any good. Mostly writing this for myself, but maybe it'll resonate with someone else too.

Seriously, is it just me, or is it super weird how stuff you've only ever read or privately jotted down suddenly starts happening for real all around us? Mind. Blown.

When you're writing stories, it's super important to distance yourself from your own hang-ups and avoid any associations with the characters being you. Otherwise, it won't be a story or a creative work, but just an attempt to spill your guts to everyone. And that really hurts the stories themselves.

I’m feeling an increasing sense of total surrealism about everything that’s happening. I’m not particularly into politics, but even I was struck by this scandal Trump created around Zelensky. I just can’t believe that a U.S. president could stage such an outrageous spectacle.

Can anyone recommend a love story with a real love-hate trend? Everything I come across seems somehow frivolous. Something like: the characters had a slight quarrel or once he pulled her pigtails.

Is it just me or have romance stories become kind of short and quick lately? Now the main characters have met, now they already have feelings, and now they have sex.
I'm missing some kind of smoothness or something. Character struggles.

Looking at what Trump and the States are doing now, I think: all this talk about the villains being too stupid or unmotivated looks strange. It seems that the main motivation of some villains is: yes, I can and - what will you do for it?

I had a dream today that the U.S. and Russia were fighting a world war against China and the EU. The strangest part was that, in the dream, it didn’t even seem surprising.

There are no bad stories—only stories that haven't been worked on enough. Many shallow stories are brimming with untapped potential, just waiting to be explored.

I have my favorite moments that are considered insanely hackneyed and worn out, but I can’t find anything sensible on this topic to read. Here are stories about #vampire love interests. What could be more formulaic?

A character truly comes to life when they have a goal, a motivation, and distinct, recognizable traits. It happens when they start to feel real—when you know them better than some of your own acquaintances.

Sometimes, when I hit a writer's block, I just throw my characters into the most ridiculous situations. A half-elf from a typical fantasy world goes to space to kill Darth Vader? Sometimes it actually works and helps me discover new sides of my characters.

In a story, you can portray almost anything as long as you don’t romanticize what’s unacceptable.

Probably, many have heard that you need to read a lot to become a good writer. But not everyone adds that what you read and its quality matter just as much. Reading fanfiction or low-quality works doesn’t really help you learn how to write good literature.

I often find it intriguing to read reviews of books, as they can reveal more about the story than the official blurbs. However, readers aren’t always accurate in their critiques.

One of the most fascinating villains is the kind created by the hero themselves. It’s even more compelling when the hero takes responsibility and steps up to fix the situation, facing the consequences head-on. Like Dumbledore and Tom Riddle, for example.

I love writing, but aside from a few awkward Harry Potter fanfics I deleted long ago for various reasons, I’ve never actually published anything. For the first time, I’m seriously considering changing that in the coming years. But there’s still a long road ahead.
