ok ngl I'm glad I've been sober but I still get urges man. The want of momentary satisfaction goes hard these days with all the stress lately. But I'm powering through and trying not to even smoke the tea cigs. I've been drinking a lot of tea lately and it seems to help.. I've gotta hit the gym 😮💨😫
