Rather unexpectedly enjoyed watching the London Sumo championship on BBC these past few days. I didn't realise how strong and agile these wrestlers can be. All the rituals around it were quite interesting too.

It feels like any fear factor of Arsenal is gone from the minds of our opponents. Our girls are too nice. Need some ruthlessness to come back into this team.

Small margins in football can have big impact on results. I feel that's been the issue recently for Arsenal Women. The challenge is to find a way to change the margins in our favour soon before it becomes a full-blown negative momentum. Good for Renee's own growth to have a big problem to solve.

I loathe how the size of WSL leaves no room for jeopardy and recovery from a couple of bad results. I'm already losing interest in this season.
