My Chamorro grandma was not born a US citizen. She is a WWII survivor. The mistreatment of territories by the US is a messy, ongoing story that so few know anything about. They literally can’t vote for president, but must follow all laws. So yeah, watching that halftime show was truly special ❤️

Truly hate how much more uncertain I’m feeling about being in public alone, as an autistic woman who gets perceived as white or brown purely based on the POV of the other person. In my super white hometown, I was the brown kid. At my HSI college in LA, I got called white girl constantly.

Learning that Hudson Williams’ dad is on the spectrum and that is where his motivation + care in regards to portraying autism on screen came from makes soooo much sense. Figured he had a close personal connection, because truly one of the best autistic portrayals I’ve ever seen?

I’ve started going to bed earlier to wake up earlier, and I absolutely hate that it has in fact made me feel better after an entire lifetime of being an extreme night owl who loves to sleep in. Like I actually enjoy waking up early and having a few hours to do my routine. It’s terrible lmao

Ok this 2016 trend has reminded me what a bangin’ year that was, I was super regular with dance classes and in the best shape of my life, dyed my hair lavender and then experimented with different colors the next several years, it was fantastic haha I had the best roommates too omg and Uber pass!!

So fucking sick of being told that because someone wasn’t trying to hurt my feelings, I shouldn’t be upset as if intent and impact aren’t both important 🙄 personally, when someone says that hurt my feelings, I apologize and don’t do it again! So simple! I don’t tell them that’s their problem!

Family friend was asking about my grandpa’s clocks (he collected 100s over his lifetime) and it inspired me to look up the one I have and immediately found it was made in 1880-1890 because of the trademark. Considering getting it repaired and going on Antique Roadshow lol

There is a real anti-Prius bias from other drivers I’ve never understood. Teslas are from an absolutely evil man and yet it took years for people to turn on them? While the Prius has been chill and eco friendly for years?? Make it make sense why people try to bully me on the road constantly lol
