big ol thread on a #compsplatoon concept i've been rotating in my mind lately:

this prob isn't a new thing for people to think about, but lately i am very much arguing against trying to add more paint to comps when people feel they're struggling.

Something that's been on my mind is I feel like this scene has undervalued and underexplored the utility of having non-player members on teams. I'm talking about things like team managers (NOT the same as captains), dedicated coaches, and more. Not everyone on a team has to be on the active roster
