I fixed it hard and I did it... Almost maybe...?
I think there seems to be a problem with Sims 4 children neck itself too. The small gap is still existing but It looks fine.
And also thanks to @antiquatedsimmer.bsky.social and @windenbro.bsky.social for helped me! ❤️

Hello, I need some help about children clothes cc.
As you can see on the pic, There is a little gap between neck and head.
So I edited my mesh : attach the end of the neck to the head mesh and delete the head mesh. But there is still a gap.
I checked weight and uv_1 and there was no problem.
