I’m feeling incredibly low today, not only was it my abusers birthday but I hate valentines for that reason. Also, last night I accidentally kicked the cat tree and broke my little toe so now I can’t walk without extreme pain.

I’m honestly looking into bereavement therapy. Please be proud of me. It’s only been six months since I lost him but I’m still so emotional and every night when I try and sleep all I see is him on that bed dead when I first walked in. I’m so traumatised and my real father isn’t helping me at all 1/2
