Was never able to walk on a treadmill prior to my surgery or walk backwards now I can side step and walk backwards on a treadmill only for a minute though. Long road ahead anything you can donate I would appreciate it. Need all the help I can get gofund.me/212c5899 #YNWA

I'm just annoyed, not even at the officiating, just at the damn team. We could've won it if we just played the way we did for most of the 2nd half. Don't know why we can't/don't start that way or maintain it. Almost ate the peal of the mango too๐คฃThe mango was delicious though๐

Started using resistance band on the treadmill. Fell after. bruised and cut up on my hand and elbow, ribs hurt when I move but nothing broken. Still need least another year of rehab. If you want to help you can donate on the link below gofund.me/212c5899 Thanks โค๏ธ๐

Seen the new Avatar movie or as I like to call it. Book 3: Fire. It was very pretty. Very long be careful with what you're drinking. Overall I enjoyed it. Maybe couple of gripes but I love the world just wish the world building was little better. Some of the CG felt little off.
