I was chatting with an elderly man who has recently moved into my building. He's a down sizer with his wife. Like many of the other residents. He wanted a simpler life.
He told me his kids were not happy he sold his home that they grew up in. I wonder how many don't down size because of this?

Going to paediatrician this week to assess eldest progress. Have received feedback from her therapists and teacher in advance.
3 years of therapies, 1.5 years of medication and reading the feedback seems like nothing is working. She's becoming more resistant to help too.
Gosh it's soul destroying.

I'm trying to book accommodation and my mother offered to share the room with me.
I'm still scarred by that time in 1993 when we shared a room and she snored so loud I couldn't sleep.
But yet, I can't tell her 30 years later she snores like a train.😟
