SharePoint etc is the easy bit. Just try negotiating billing accounts, profiles, MCA, MOSA. Someone give me a shout when they have changed it all again to something human readable.

Exciting changes coming to SharePoint document libraries, a long overdue refresh IMO. Of particular note would be the use of forms to collect files and metadata which is going to drive a consistent library experience for all.
