Just bought Last Ronin: the lost years because it was on a sale. Please, if you've read the original, read this book because it's way better (I gotta admit the turtles look really rough but the story makes it worth it)

I really dig the heavy monologues that Marcus has in the book. Reminds me of Brubaker's writing style in Kill or Be Killed

One of my biggest complaints with the X-men once again proves to be true. It's insane how many times they hook up with each other in the same run and for practically sexual instinct alone. This is the third guy Braddock kisses and Logan's second woman in the same run 💀

I don't know why, but Chris Bachalo, James Harren, and DWJ all give off similar vibes to me even though their artstyles are significantly different. Love these guys

To me this is a sign that what Ed has been saying ever since before MK1's reveal could be more than a fantasy. We might be closer than ever to this game

I lowkey judge my first impression of Indie superheroes based on their character design. If the characters (especially the mc) looks extremely unappealing or just a boring knock-off of a previous character, there's a high chance I won't read the book
