Just finished Pynchon’s Vineland. I had a great time with it, weaving in and out of the characters’ interactions and flashbacks - ninja nuns, TV-obsessed zombies, government repression, and more. If you updated some references, this could easily be a book about our current moment.

I also found out that Mark Z. Danielewski will be doing a signing of his new book, Tom's Crossing, on November 3rd! Very cool!
