Great gym day today. Managed to deadlift without any pain or tweaks to my lower back for the first time in a long time which is a huge win 💪🐻✨

Starting to use this account again some more since I’m back to being consistently at the gym. Current weight is 294lbs, which is down from my start but obviously nowhere near where I want to be. Time to take things slow and steady 💪🐻✨

I started using an app called Caiber to track my workouts and it has a group function that tells the group when you’re working out and it legit keeps me motivated to go knowing that my friends will know if I don’t lol

About a pound and a half in one week isn’t bad. Still getting used to the change in diet, but work has kept me busy enough that it hasn’t been too much trying to adjust

Nothing quite like your first day back at the gym in months and you fuck up your plate math. I ended up benching 20lbs heavier than intended. Made me real upset that I was struggling so much until I realized the mistake oops!
