- only log onto social media to check notifications (and maybe post?)
- consume less news because it’s all designed to feast on your doomer instincts
- do more things that actually make you happy

I hadn’t seen 10 Seconds of Rosen 4 since the premiere, rewatched it yesterday and found it’s actually really good - I went through most of the year thinking it was just okay. I guess what I’ve learned is for me, the premiere chat being there takes a lot of enjoyment away from the video itself
