Been busy making wool pellets. We purchase waste wool - maybe belly & neck wool that wouldn't be spun into yarn - & then shred it & compress it into pellets that are used in your garden to replace chemical fertilizers. You can see how many pellets are created from one bin of shredded wool!... 1/3

The Hot Chocolate Trail starts this weekend! Knit Pickers will be open Sat & Sun from 11 am - 3 pm. After enjoying a hot chocolate (or 2 or 3), enjoy the spirit of the Trail even at home with a candle scented with peppermint hot cocoa! 4 oz of holiday cheer.

Sweater weather is coming! Good thing I just restocked this 100% Canadian 2-ply French merino wool, spun on an antique spinning mule built in 1910. Soft & airy, it resembles a hand-spun wool. 112 g and 198 m per skein. Knit using 4 - 5 mm needles.
