Sometimes, for fun, I do the RAADS-R test to see what score I get. It is tough for me to do questionnaires like this bc I usually pick up on the pattern quickly and get worried that I am not answering as authentically as I could be.

Catching up with @naddpod.bsky.social episodes and the Short Rest for Ep. 3 got me remembering that I graduated high school with the superlative "Most likely to marry a computer."

Started reading the new Emily Henry tonight thanks to the librarian program over at @libro.fm that gave me early access to the audiobook 📚😍
The Libro app now has bookmarks so you can make notes while listening and daaaaamn, Hayden didn't just say that!!!

Went for a nighttime walk with pals along the river last night. The trees looked like spooky scary skeletons as the sun set and it was pretty dang cool. 🌅💀

I turned off notifications for pretty much everything on my phone and placed the majority of the apps in the App Library so I am not mindlessly opening them like a fidget. It has been game changing and my feelings of stress/anxiety have lifted considerably.
I totally recommend it!

Anyway, after getting my prescription filled I decided to treat myself to some drugstore makeup because it was on sale and I am considering returning to my lipstick era of 2019💄💋
I don't really ever wear makeup because my allergies make my face a mess but I admit simple stuff like this is fun!

🧶 My long sleeved version of Midsommar Tee by Caitlin Hunter is now complete! I did a quick steam block and am looking forward to wearing it tomorrow, especially since it's been so dreary and cold.

Been feeling pretty neuro-spacey lately so I decided to ground myself at lunch by going for a nice long walk and staring at the skeleton fingers of trees that are just starting to show their buds.
Also, I am using a new camera app that makes all my photos look like a Holga and I think that's neat!

It may be too soon to say this, but oatmeal is back on my safe food list after 6 months of it being disgusting.
The struggle of ADHD dietary weirdness is way too real.
