I haven't watched 12 Angry Men in years, since before practicing law. My opinion to date is that it is a very fine film. But it's not in my top 3 for 1957 or Lumet or Fonda.

Rewatching Scorsese's No Direction Home.
Rolling Thunder Revue is in some ways more cinematic, as it's a fable about a fabulist. I wouldn't even call it documentary. You have to wrestle it, but the juice is worth the squeeze.
NDH is just a truly great, smart doc, with an all-time ending.

I've only seen this once before, but I guess I'll watch everything of his in 26. Rumour has it the TIFF Lightbox theater here in Toronto is going to run a retrospective series this summer. 🤞

On the plus side, there used to be a few dozen people who used "LatinX" online once in a blue moon, and now that number is down to a dozen, tops.

I am once again asking for a Wes Anderson directed Batman movie in the style of Batman (1966).
Also, if I think Lee Meriwether in this and Anne Hathaway in Dark Knight Rises are both in discussion for hottest female performance of all-time, that can't be a good sign, can it?

Common for a generation and on overdrive since 2015. TV, podcasts, and socials require churn and filling as many gaps between ads as possible, which is at odds with plain truth.
Even people who recognize this do it, like Stewart last night: Trump is so wrong it can't fill 20 minutes, so onto Dems.
