The grind continues, I think I've managed to hold onto most of the muscle mass I had but I've gained like 13 kg of weight on top of it. But gym during the summer is a sweaty mess 💦 🥵

I would like to go down to maybe 83 kg again. So let's see if I can do it.

Just months after moving in together, my girlfriend wants to break up. Not because of anything I did, but simply because her feelings faded. I really thought she was the one, but sadly the feeling wasn't mutual.
