I can't really find a way to harass them. :) No phone number listed on their site. Emails appear to be unread, or at least unanswered. Can't find them on the BBB site. If I felt confident Q and crew received their share, I'd just consider it a donation to the cause. ;)

#uglydogs, can you please advise? I placed a merch order with Spring and they withdrew the money from my account on Feb 25. I have not received the products, nor responses to my emails. Did anyone have specific things that worked to either receive the merch or a refund? Thank you!
